Introduction

Hi,

Hello,

Namaste,

My name is Praneeth , I am currently pursing chemical engineering 1st year, OUCT.I just wanted to give an introduction about how I got into chemical engineering in first place, so actually I was in hostel for almost 5 years so I was not connected to the world and I was not aware about anything. My daily routine included getting up, complete all my works, having food and then sleeping that's it. how could someone be like this for 5 long years. yup but I had! So when I was in 8 I knew that we have to pass 10 and when I was in 10 I knew that I have to pass inter when I was in inter I was told to just crack mains and score good marks in intermediate board exams till then I didn't knew there was a course called chemical engineering, so how did I land up in it? I gave my mains exam in January it went very well in my opinion at that time it was 93 percentile and don't ask me for the exact number, i just don't remember it and i thought i would probably get any of the least nits or else iiits but when life happens to go in the way we need then whats the matter of living. I didn't get any nits or iiits but as i thought i got a college in government funded college and it was in bilaspur. my dad was not pretty much happy about it so he decided to get me through eamcet and i thought that writing eamcet is just for having practice so i didn't wrote it with my full caliber and interest but i secured around 7514 rank I remembered exact number because it decided my life and i was tied to it and you may be aware of sites which gives colleges according to rank so i started searching for it for almost three days. I was searching for colleges like 24/7 i was just seeing random sites and i used to say everything literally everything to my dad and see what was his opinion then i got to know all the courses available . I came across the course chemical engineering for the first time by seeing that i was not fascinated about that course and i have skipped it many times but  one day my dad asked let everything go just the way it is, prefer government colleges so, i was like what do you mean by searching for government colleges? Do you mean you will stop spending money on me? why should i go to government colleges! then my father said that i didn't say that i will not spend money i mean in Government the students who appear are full of thirst for knowledge and they will be not like the one in private colleges! Why would one in private colleges study! Do they lack money do? When someone is lack of money they Will try to study as hell!so it's better to go for government colleges so i then started searching for it and saying that i got cse in jntu slutanpur and chemical in ou and jntu and other colleges so i was struck between cse in jntu and chemical in ou and jntu. I started browsing about both colleges comparing them i was still not interested in chemical engineering but i didn't want to defend my dad so i said I'm getting in both which one should i take. My father without second thought he  just said to go with ou and at time of counseling also i kept chemical engineering as 9 option thinking may be i would get anyone of them but destiny was written tie me up with ou and after almost three months i am not regretting taking it up.The other reason i went with it because whatever happens parents never think of spoiling their children life, they always want us to achieve more so before doing something or anything i just inform my parents regarding everything. Now, I don't have any regrets and I enjoy and read with lots full of excitement!

Till September.

Hey, Is it a long time considering my last blog was on 24 March this year? Maybe it is a long time, but how did time fly? I thought to write...
